Brief:
Conceptualising, planning and managing MISC’s PGCEO Townhall meeting.
Objective:
To plan and execute a townhall which utilises a creative concept that is in line with the theme given of ‘Better, Faster, Stronger’.
What We Did:
We used a boxing concept to entice employees to the townhall, with teasers that drew parallels between MISC’s maritime business and the sport. A boxing ring was set up as the stage while motivational boxing-themed posters were placed all over the venue,
Results:
The concept proved popular among warga MISC, who went with boxing-themed photo ops as keepsake and energised for the coming year.
