VSTECS Holdings (Singapore) Limited is the wholly-owned subsidiary of VSTECS Holdings Limited, a company listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 2002.

VSTECS PeriComp Sdn. Bhd. (“VSTECS PeriComp”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of VSTECS Berhad, commenced operations in 1986, initially focusing on distributing computer peripherals and other
